Copy existing website and some minor edits/updates/graphic work

I have two businesses of the same nature (one in North America, one in Australia). I've recently launched a brand new site for the Canadian company and need an identical site, with minor changes for the Australian company. You should be able to use the first as a template for the second so this is not a difficult project. Here are some changes for the first site that the last freelancer did not complete: 1. Make sure the home blurb is evenly spaced and looks good on mobile 2. 4 hyperlinks that were overlooked 3. Insert a pre-written blurb on a page (it was deleted by mistake) 4. 2 x pre-written FAQ pages (simply input the content) 5. Create 3-5 professional but simple collages/photos using existing photos and insert them onto our services page. I have attached an example. 5. On Page SEO input 6. Website blurb/icon is incorrect when posting on facebook - need this fixed. The second website will be identical except for the following: 1. Change all logos and colours to match Australia logo/colours 2. Add 2 word description to both home list and services list 3. Remove one tab 4. Update (delete) photo galleries 5. Change 9 tab names 6. Change Paypal link 7. A few hyperlinks that need changing as well as facebook links 8. On Page SEO input 9. Change Slider images 10. Make site live on our server I am on a tight deadline as the last freelancer was 2 weeks late. I am looking for good value, HIGH QUALITY WORK and QUICK RESULTS! Freelancer must be fluent in English, not lazy and be able to meet deadlines.
