Create HTML/CSS Tamplate for a new Webapp

Searching for Frontend Developer (HTML, CSS and optional JSF or JSP). I'm starting with an new Webapp. The Backend will be create by myself and a German Team. I'm searching for a Frontend Developer who create Tamplates by HTML and CSS. I want to start with a Mask for "searching profils/user". Requirements: - Dynamic Frontend (usable with Mobile, tablet and computer monitor) - commercial royalty free Code - Design (there are no design Requirements), The design has to be user- friendly and usability. - 2 Masks: - searchmask: include result of example users and some informations of the users - usermask: - all informations from a exampleuser - Button for add this User to Friendlist. Funktion Later will be thath after searching , a list with Users and some Informations returns (maybe Piture, Name and Age). The User have the Option to open a Profil and get all Informations of the user in a new Page BUT IN THIS PROJECT IT’s JUST A TAMPLATE, IN REAL THERE ARE NO FUNKTIONS. Later the Funktions will be implimented (From the freelancer or a German Team) This Project will Start with this Masks and following a lot of more masks. Users have this Attributs: - Picture(JPG/PNG) - Nickname - Age - mail - personal text - Handynummer - sex __________________ Project Langue preferably white in German. But English is okay, too.
