Create joomla template

I already have joomla installed and we have the xhtml done you can see it here [login to view URL] our xhtml guy makes these semi joomla ready, he does them in very much the same way joomla outputs its div's. I do these all the time and am very good at building joomla templates, Im to busy to do this and need help. This one here would only take me 7 hours to finish but I do these everyday, you should know how fast you can do it. You must be experienced with creating joomla templates and do things the right way. Here is what you need to do, the xhtml is already loaded into the joomla template [login to view URL] file as you see here [login to view URL] all you need to do is create menus, and static content and create the module positions in the template and adjust css as needed, for example you may have to rename the css classes in menus because joomla will spit out your css classes with a different name. I dont want anybody who is learning so I will question you, this is only for experienced joomla template guys if I like your work I will have tons of work for you. Also some things you will have to do on this one is install a events component to load in the calender module on the home page, you will need to link contact us to contact component and create a section/ category called resources and use dj 4 content listing module for the resources module. All other pages and modules will be static and you will need to create them and load them with dumy lorem ipsum text. Dont worry about ie6 cross platform compatibility as I have a guy who will come in after you and do that, I will also have people come in and do data entry of textual pages. You dont need to make the template installable, just work directly on the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] file I have already up there. You will need to do the work right on the server, Ill provide you with ftp/cpanel access and joomla admin login. If you have any questions please ask, please also show me some joomla sites you have created. If you own personal or company site is running on joomla i will prefer you as you will know how to use joomla. This job is basically a test but it is a real job but one of our most simple ones, were looking for someone to help us with lots of these if this goes well.
