Customise an installed WordPress template

Hello, we are in the process of setting up our website for a children's online library and story platform. The job is at the offer of a fixed price of $13 and we are looking form someone to work with us in the next few hours.

We've had a bad experience with a developer leaving a job half finished and require another developer to help complete the project.

There are five pages which need customisation of an installed WordPress theme (Bridge) on our website [login to view URL] - attached there is a document showing what exactly needs to be done. We are looking for this to be completed immediately, which who we choose for the project speaking good English. We required to have a Skype call and to share screens, we will do the job together this way.

Please see attached document with details of work required. Due to having bought two templates which were not working correctly and also already hiring a developer who could not complete the project we are very low on funds and can only offer $13 for the job. However we will have more tasks/mini projects which will require further help in the future, so ideally this would just be the first of more jobs to come.
