We (a growing online retail business) are looking for someone to develop our existing Order Dashboard to provide us with a clearer understanding of how our orders are being processed, new orders, staff output levels and customer service We have a basic dashboard currently, which is accessed via a web browser and displayed on a large screen for the order fulfilment team to see. The data is pulled from our order management and stock control system which is run using SQL so a good understanding of SQL is imperative. The screenshot attached shows the existing dashboard to give an idea of what is already running. Will be required to come into the office to have full brief and complete work.
