Data collection and analyzing website

Hey,

i'm looking for an opportunity to do the following on two webbased application:

1. Data collection page

- menu and submenu to get to an standard input screen (configurable through XML)

- input some text data and text data shown according to the menu and submenu selection

- show up to 4 pictures (scrolling down with option to quick-jump through buttonclick)

- marking specific points: 10 different types of markings (default name values for DB entries with option for change for each marking type); each markingtyp has to be in place at least 20 times to place it on the pictures (with an option to set a Status for each point like OK and NOT OK)

- uploading an addditional picture

- two options: writing the data into a local access database file or a local txt/cvs-file

- input text data, data according to selection, coordinates of marking points, type of marking point, OK/NOT OK, etc...

- generating a pdf file with the text data, the 4 pictures WITH specific marking and the uploaded picture

2. Data analyzing page

- menu and submenu to get to an standard output screen (configurable through same XML)

- select the datasource (local access database file or a local txt/cvs-file)

- getting the data from datasource according to the menu, submenu and markingtyp selection

- showing the 4 pictures

- clustering the data according to coordinates within inputed distance between points

- show the clustered points with a radius accordingly to the frequency

i would to avoid the usage of php.

The program has to be proper documented.
