Design a 3D WEBGL Website.

I am wanting a website made. I can design the rest of the website. I want the homepage of this website to WEBGL. What I am wanting is a photo-realistic 3D model of a beautiful living (minimalistic in nature; see attached photo). When you enter the website is should be very dark and a button that says turn on the lights. Once you press this, the lights come on. People should have the option to change the color/hue of the lights and change the brightness of the lights. It should have a couple of other buttons that allow the user to exit and a buy now button. I want this in 3D so that you can see the light falloff and lighting as a whole. You do not need to move around in the scene/environment. The lights should be animated and controlled by the user.
