Design professional high end looking icons -- 2

Hi, We have an interface with already with around 10-15 small icons 24x30 in size each.. Now those icons are fine now already as average design. We need the icons in 24x30, 30x30 and bigger 64x64 to be used on website without being too small. But we want it look more professional be more like people get a feeling it look professional when they see it. So you must be able to tune some of the existing icons make them more 3dish or shadow or glass effect to look more highend and a few of them need be redesigned if they bad. We will discuss one icon We dont look for flat 1 color everything. We like more color glossy. You must design yourself please do not get stock icons from the internet. Thanks.
