wordpress plugins installation, W3 Total Cache, WP-SmushIt, WP-Optimize jQuery Image Lazy Load WP Minify in main site and to 9 subdomain languages seperates sites.Need to be increased site speed -- 2

Hello I am able to improve the speed up and perfomances of the main site and the 9 subdomains WP sites. Some of the plugins you mention are not necessery belive me. I will use only the first 3 - W3 Total Cache, WP-SmushIt and WP-Optimize. The first plugin has a lot builded inside options and this is my reason to not use other plugins depends of this 3 above. i am able to work today if you hire me. A bit about me: I am WordPress expert whit almost 5 years of experience. I working with PHP, HTML , CSS and jQuery for the same time period. Experienced with databases, hosting and domain management.
