User Support on various issues through CTS Tickets.
Responsible for the vendor development & purchase of computer hardware and software.
Creating and Deleting the User account from AD database
Resetting and Unlocking the password in AD
Preparing the Daily check list of concern site
Handling and Managing the CTS Management and ATS Management and Vendor Management and Dealing to local engineer for local support.
Planning and Implement the Site Project work like local network setting as per User requirement.
Monitor and optimize system performance
