Build Windows Installer (WIX) bootstrap project to install MySQL, Apache, PHP, and Win service

Build two Windows Installer (WIX), VS2012(or newer?), bootstrap projects. The first is a prerequisites package, it is the large install package, and installs all of the base Windows-Apache-MySQL-PHP software. The second install package contains the service, an application, and the web content. It is broken up like this so that the large base install (currently 270MB) is handled once, and the service and content can be upgraded often (currently 2MB). Prereqs Package: MySQL - 32/64bit as appropriate for the OS, ver >=5.6.14 Apache - 32/64bit as appropriate for the OS, ver >=2.4.4 PHP - ver >=7.0.0 PhpMyAdmin - ver >=4.5 MySQL ODBC Connector - 32/64bit as appropriate for the OS Desktop shortcut for default webpage Execute default initialization of the database Engine and Content installer (2nd install package) Engine and Content Installer: C#, VS project, Windows service application C#, VS project, Windows service application control app Web content Win7 - Win10. This has to support installation on non-English computers. I can provide an existing installer project which has the two projects, all of the existing files, but it has no port/password/install-directory options. It is not a reliable install package, improper order? Missing libraries? It does not work well on non-English operating systems. If the install packages are expanded in the project directories, the initial downloads must be saved, and instructions for re-creating the expanded project directories must be included. All files, data files, etc are installed to a custom directory, defaulted to c:\customdir\ with a directory structure similar to: c:\customdir\mysql\... \apache\... \webfiles\... \webfiles\pma\... The ODBC connector can be installed in default/typical/system locations. The C# windows service can be installed under program files. The following should be options in the installer: MySQL port Apache port MySQL root password Install and upgrade codes must be set, and instructions for how to properly build upgrade installer packages are needed.
