IMPORTANT: if you have no clue about what I am talking about at todo part, then this is not the right job for you and if you never heard about TortoiseSVN, Bugzilla, scmbug, please DO NOT apply as well. TODO: by using scmbug you will be able to specific bug ID from bugzilla and then push commit message to bugzilla. I need fully configured config file and an instruction on how to modify it to fit into my system. OTHERS: I am using windows server to host both bugzilla and svn. so this must be configured under windows environment. account mapping: all user accounts are under a specific domain. I use Strawberry Perl
