Customizing Checkout in Woocommerce

We are looking for someone to help us customize a few checkout screens in Woocommerce with project deadline of 48-72 hours. This first checkout screen has a few different add-ons that can be selected and who price is based on the original item selected. In the sidebar, a running total of cart items (including add-ons) are shown. In the second checkout screen, form intergration is needed via either Gravity Forms and simply contains contact info and the same sidebar as the first. Upon selecting continue the purchaser would redirected to Paypal to pay a "deposit" or a the full amount based on their shopping cart selection, with the deposit being more popular. Upon payment approval, the purchaser would be redirected back to the website and shown a product summary of what they have purchased as well as the add-on options they have not selected as of yet. Should they then selected an option to purchase an add-on after the fact, the checkout would only show the add-on purchase as being added to a specific order. (i.e. item description) as well again options for other add-ons that they have not yet selected. Again they are redirected to Paypal, where payment is taken again by either a deposit (fixed amount) or full purchase amount.
