Adapt Wordpress template Realia from "by aviators" as described and bring the webpage online (url: [login to view URL]). Implement following requirements within the first release. Second release already prepared – features for second release are marked in specifications respectively. Detailed requirements to the homepage - Adapt homepage and google map filter criteria's as well as tiles for properties on the homepage (example design of homepage available) - Filter values must be cashed (if returning to the homepage, the filters still apply the same values) - Detailed view of a property should open the property details below the map of the homepage (not in a separate page) - Vertical filter (instead of horizontal) must be applied (see example design of homepage) - After "Search" button has been selected the map as well as the section below "most recent properties" gets filtered - If no most recent properties/object have been found regarding to the filter, then show the standard new properties/objects - Define default area for map focus on Switzerland Detailed requirements to detail page - Adapt properties detail page (example design of page available) - Enrich detail page with specific parameters for all property types Overall requirements - Adapt main navigation (data-sheet available) - Apply new icons (icon assets will be provided) - Provide an import/export function for properties (csv or similar file) - Apply price model as described in data sheet (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) - Implement paypal payment module Existing artefacts - Wireframe of webpage - Example of final homepage design - Example of property details page (further examples can be created on request) - Datasheet which defines the data set needed General requirements to the webpage - Data model needs to be flexible - parameters need to be modifiable or added within the BE admin panel - Show a section with recently watched properties in the right frame - Attributes of entities need to be adaptable during runtime in admin panel - Apply all changes also for responsive design version - Adapt property submission page with respective attributes needed on the poperties details page - The portal is not thoroughly described therefore pro active collaboration from your side is required Acceptance criteria first release - Webpage is installed on the server and live - All pages of the template are running properly - All features required of the template are working properly - Properties can be imported/exported - Full documentation about the changes and implementations made is available in word format (.docx) Outlook to second release - Apply and implement rating system - Finalize homepage - Implement credit card payment - Refine further details of portal   Project & Collaboration Plan We are a two person company working on that project part time beside our normal jobs. This would not mean that we don't have a high standard of quality but rather that we are not always available for questions during the project. The project should nevertheless be finished in short period of time. We appreciate your suggestion on the time scale needed. During the project we could provide frequent Q&A sessions twice a week where progress and quality is checked and further tasks can be assigned. WebEx session or similar would be preferred for collaboration. We can very well imaging to have a maintenance contract for further implementation which needs to be done. This implementation forms only the initial step of the whole webpage. Having a developer as for close collaboration would be preferred.
