Hi I'm a designer reskinning a clients existing website to fit inline with new branding. What I need is a theme created from my supplied photoshop files, the theme needs to be responsive and uses woo commerce, there will be 13 pages in total for the website. I also need the theme installed and tested across all browsers. I've set up a testing duplicate of the exisiting website on a server so your coded theme can be tested.
