App to create a table of contents & save as XML file

Hi Jeklen, I made a working demo. You can download it here [login to view URL] The demo has done everything you asked in the description. For any change or misunderstanding, I will fix it immediately, even in weekend and holiday. Something that remains is the "indent" function, you haven't describe it yet. I improved the ability of the program to be edited directly on the list. Therefore, more concentration since the information is existed in one place except appear on another text box (and it cost me a lot effort to make it). Hope you can let me improve this program to be more useful with features like drag and drop files to open, drag row to its destination except button move up/down, buttons move bottom, move top. For the demo purpose, the application will stop working after 5 minutes. Sincerely, Dat Truong.
