Creation of XML file (for use on Amazon Kindle)

We are trying to publish a magazine on the Amazon Kindle. We currently have one issue of the magazine in InDesign file format and in a .mobi file format. All we want to do is to convert this single issue into an XML feed as per Amazon's specifications. We will provide these specifications, the .mobi and InDesign files, and any other information you need. Since the file is already in a .mobi format, we have already extracted the text and images from the magazine and laid it out in the proper sequence. At this point, it is really just a matter of placing the appropriate XML tags and structure as per Amazon's specifications into the magazine content. (Note: Should the work done here be satisfactory, we would be interested in working with you for future issues as well. In the future, conversion will go from an InDesign file to an XML file, so it will require more work. Thus, we would, of course, be happy to pay more for this additional effort in the future.
