api viber/WhatsApp send bulk message

I need API to send messages to millions of recipient in Viber and Whatsapp.

The API must :

- get list of phone numbers and check who is active in Viber and Whatsapp

- Upload contacts via XLS, TXT, CSV

- Type texts or upload images

- Generate report after sending with full status (Delivered / Seen).

- Prevent Whatsapp and Viber from stopping the registered tel number after sending a few hundred messages.

- Good if this program will make screenshots!
