JMK Cars landing page data base

My website needs a landing page to have dependent dropdown list selections for Year, Make, Model, Trim level (YMMT). This is common functionality for auto parts and car dealer websites. I use the term dependent dropdown lists because the selections have to be made in Year, Make, Model, Trim level order. There are certain Makes that are valid picks for a given Year, certain Models that are valid picks for a given Year and Make, certain Trim levels that are valid picks for a given Year, Make and Model. For ease of maintenance, I want to have all valid YMMT selections in a single table and have the web form queries run against that table. The data changes, so I want to be able to replace the whole table when it is time to update. The web entry form and results form(s) will not have to change when the data is updated. A fully functioning example of what I would like is in an MS Access 2013 database attached. The table structure and queries should translate with little or no change to web forms and the web database backend.
