I need a speech recognition system based on machine learning techniques.

It would be used as a virtual assistant and will provide services like google cortana (but comparatively much small data than that).

the speech recognition should be in Polish language also should recognition very fast .

I would simply like the system to learn to recognize Polish speech through machine learning.

The system writes on the screen what the users have said.

Then in the next project I would like to make an assistant of this

with the creator who will do this speech recognition
