We have a live site, apps all are hosted and the database is by AWS.

we noticed that the site and applications are a bit slow if we have high traffic, the AWS settings are done by a third party (the same company that designs the site and applications.) and they chose the ( almost free) settings.

we need someone who can optimize our server settings and chose the best possible settings that will fit with our requirements and also use the S3 bucket option if applicable for faster pictures download with max monthly 25$ per month.
