Email Server Setup, SMTP, MX looking for expert to setup the mail server + Email Services (sendinblue,sendgrid,klaviyo)

1. So my domain name currently is on shared hosting. 2. The nameservers are pointing to Cloudflare. I use cloudflare for my static files as my CDN. 3. Both hosting and database servers are hosted at AWS. 4. I am using Postman SMTP plugin for WordPress 5. I use software and services like Sendgrid, sendinblue, klaviyo to grow my email list. I use to have my emails on the old host, but due to migration I don't so the only one currently left at old shared host is the domain name - which i plan to migrate that too later on in March 2020 to a reliable DNS. My issue: Now my concern is that i cannot send or receive emails - incoming or outgoing from anyone, so this is an ecommerce store it needs email services active. I do not have an email server at the moment. What I want? 1. I want to be able to setup a couple email addresses like: support@, info@, hello@, noreply@, and so on. 2. I would like to be able to receive emails from customers by using these custom email addresses which will be linked to my WordPress+Woocommerce store. 3. I need an Email/SMTP server to setup 4. Find a solution and best way to use the email services like Sendinblue, sendgrid, klaviyo which i already have account with. Economy: We need to be able to work on limited budget if we need to pay for email services. the old host where my domain is, advertises a monthly price for email services, then at the checkout shows the price x50 more expensive for no reason. I already pay for hosting and other services so the email services should be costing no more than 20$ per year. I seen an email server infrastructure for AWS which looks very long in time to setup and too many lines of commands in Putty which i dont think it is very recommended at this point in time. Or if that is is easy fro someone that sounds great.
