Mobile App / Web App / Blog / Website

In need of a developer or team to design and develop a mobile/web app that users will sign in and register with their social network accounts. I need users to be able to use the app on the website as well. i.e. freelancer.com or [login to view URL] develop the database to record and track user statistics. Set up DNS, security measures, blog integration into app, and develop website. Security, function and user experience are very important. I will need to know what is needed to keep site, app, databases etc. up to date and running smoothly with no worries of a crash or security breach. I will not be collecting personal financial info from users. Social apps will also need to be set up to get API's Project needs to pull data from a source, populate app, display info to user and record their selections. Must be able to develop an algorithm to use in conjunction with the data to give users feedback. I am expecting this to be a development, I need app to be user ready by June 2015. All ideas do not have to developed for app readiness. We can hold off on lessor priority items. Project may need management when complete. I am not a professional programmer and there may be unforeseen hurdles, so please consider I may need more then what I can describe. We can negotiate and reassess throughout the project. Must be able to communicate in English and respond in a timely matter within 36hrs Must be able to write clean code. Must be able to do research and present issues clearly. Must be willing to agree to a "work for hire agreement" and "Non-Disclosure agreement" I must protect my investment. Any intellectual code developed can not be resold for others to copy or use in a similar manner, or create a knock off version.
