Hair, I think it was your Proposal requirement. Hi Sir, Hope you are fine and doing great. I made a similar application in which I was supposed to locate face and add skins like snapchat on it. Now you are asking for hair color, I think you must have some algorithm for hair detection. If not I can implement some other. Let me know if you are interested.
