Create a payment gateway Android App development IOS App development I am looking at users experienced in developing a payment gateway with the ability to have Merchant accounts, online E-commerce, mobile app on android and apple and the ability to update the backend and have end of day processing I need the C# on the windows application to integrate on the mobile App My payment gateway must be able to have purchases on a normal website this is my Phase 1 - this ties in to an online E-commerce website Second phase is using the mobile app at the end to approve the purchase
