Write an iPad application

Good Afternoon, We recently posted this job on Freelancer and the developer we hired was unable to complete the end of this project due to health issues. After initially believing we had received the unfinished files from the developer we have now found out that we have only recieved the phone gap files and will require the application to be written from scratch The application had previously been built in Cordova/Iconic/PhoneGap with a MySQL and PHP backend, the MySQL databases will have to be rebuilt. This project is for the development of an iPad application with the intention to also create an android application in the future. We have an Apple developers account and the login details will be provided to the winning bidder. The files from the previous developer will also be provided. We would like to be able to edit the inputs from a website backend. In the future we are looking to add the following features: Users ability to change logo, colour scheme and home page image from the backend website. Stripe Integration with the iPad application at the end of the hiring process. Twillio and email integration to allow user notifications of late equipment. If you have experience with the software/integrations above this will be very useful. I do not want these features to be priced in, on the successful completion of the application I will create a new project for you with more detailed specifications. We are looking to use this in multiple stores with their own branding. I would like to be advised on how best this can be achieved as this application is currently only being built for one business. This application also requires a back end that allows us to manage the hired equipment. We have a website that it can be developed on and later hosted on which we can give you access to to develop or you can use your own hosting environment. The basic requirements for the application are: Lesson Waiver: This section allows the user to read the lesson terms and conditions and on the following page enter their details and accept the terms and conditions. Equipment Hire: This section is a multi-step four stage process (details, photo identification, equipment hire and summary) that enters the details into the database of equipment hire. Staff: This section is a password protected area that gives staff access to the current equipment rentals that have been entered through the equipment hire page, here staff can change equipment details, remove hires that have been returned, search previous hires and remove specific hire items. The word document attached has all of the exact specifications for the app which we have gone over thoroughly so PLEASE read through this document before bidding as we need all of the requirements within this document to be completed. Included within the specifications are design mock ups of each page, we can supply all of the design files (images/fonts/company colors /illustrator mock ups) we would also like any input on the design if you think there may be a better way to lay it out.
