Hello sir, how are you? hope you are doing great.!! so basically you will need web application from which you can manage the whole mobile app content i.E ads module, payment module etc etc which will have both frontend and backend. and you will need mobile app too from which your users will interact on room portal.. which will also have frontend and backend.. so we have to develop the app using JSON based rest api so we can use the same backend for both webapp and mobile app. i prefer below stack: --------------------------------- frontend mobile: ionic/angularjs frontend web: twitter bootstrap/angularjs backend: mongodb, nodejs, express mobile framework: phonegap i think that is it. also regarding specification all the things that you have written are just module names, can you please describe more on each modules? so that we can decide the timeframe and cost accordingly? However, we can also discuss on that to find out what would be best for you. All the modules you mentioned will be developed and integrated within the web app and iOS app. But to be very honest with you, to develop a user friendly and with 2016 UX the budget will be a bit higher and timeline would be around 3 months or may be less.
