I want someone who can use maya and is able to do 3d modelling, texturing, rigging & animation of a cartoon character. We need the tall engineer cartoon character in the cartoons modelled textured, rigged and animated and walking for 3 seconds. The photos give you the size and ratios of the character but the character needs to have a happy personality and a red white spotted handkerchief in his back pocket as the cartoon does. Sometime in the future we will produce these cartoons as animated videos.

The references you provide make this fairly straight forward. I would create the model and provide you with a simple motion cycle and deliver to you all appropriate files including the raw Maya and FBX etc. If this works for you I would be happy to explore longer term animation activity - look at the portfolio as a sample of the range of output. Your project look fun!
