Property Listings Website Code Needs Upgrading(repost)

PHP5, MySQL5, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery expert to update the code,and adding some extra features to bring it up to date to benefit the business. - Fix database field types (e.g, prices) - Re-code the multi-option property search tool - Add Testimonials Page with user form - Add Property Sold/Let marker control - Property Alerts subscriptions (Choice of subscribing for rentals or sales or overseas or all) - Property Alerts to subscribers (targeted to subscribers for rental or sales or overseas properties) - Update contact forms - Replace image gallery on property details page, change layout of this page. - upgrade code where necessary and any other suggestions. ## Deliverables Current code is not well structured but It has served the business well over the last few years. Many files have been changed over and over again, some added, some taken away over the years. Ideally, the whole script needs upgrading. If you suggest a wordpress solution, or one of your own scripts, that is fine, as long as it looks and functions like the current script(with above changes). Client does NOT want substantial changes to the website, both front and back end. They are generally happy with it once the above tasks are completed. I have a very limited budget, so please be sensible. I will not get paid by the client for the above work but will gain his custom. If I can complete the above tasks, I have a firm order for a mobile version of the site and an iPhone, Android application. I am really looking for serious, reliable future partners, willing to invest their time and expertise to get outstanding results. This is not intended to be a one-off project. I will upload a copy of the site to my hosting account and provide the address to interested parties. I do not want client's live site bombarded with visits and various tests by the prospective coders. Thanks.
