drag drop type web app - must be responsive design

brief Job description --------------------------------- We have done all the APIs also have a UI but need someone to bring the colour palette and some ideas how to manage screen real estate. (note that small popups moveable around the screen and "minimisable" or "closeable") please see attached current interface, we desperately need someone to take from here add a colour palette and any modifications you like to bring on board. Culture or attitude ----------------------------- I am afraid I need to be upfront I don't like wacky jobs. I need to see the passion and joy of what doing and more work in this space available for right candidate and grow with us. Brief description about the App ----------------------------------------------------- This is Rails app with Postgres DB and hosted in AWS EBS environment. but we are not live yet until the UI is fixed. I can do this but I am full time employee (sic) no time and others coming from different backgrounds. Whats the App, it is for people who just need to get into the browser and just create simple greeting card from instagram/web images or your own images, create a mail campaign and of course many more things it can do. Rewards --------------------- we put you as a the UI plus graphic desginer in the landing page how cool is that :) Note: the budget is flexible either project base or hourly rate. past experience not necessary present talent is.
