- Need a basic accounting package for church; should to be able to enter church membership number, name, dob, marriage date, family details, family photo, weekly offertory donation, passion week donation, christmas donation, any other donations, Gift Aid, etc. - Raise invoices, capture expenses; - Be able to see balance sheet with income and expenses - Be able to see balance amount in bank accounts; Balance sheet amount should tally with the bank balances - Generate balance sheet reports - Application should be able to work on windows O.S; application can be built in Microsoft Excel or MS Access
