In Pipedrive there is already an integration where you create a "deal" and it can integrate with asana at the point in time where we want it to and it will automatically move the "deal" into Asana.
For e.g. we create a deal in pipedrive and we use it in pipedrive, when the deal moves along our sales line, into the "design" phase it wil automatically move the deal not only into the " design" phase but transfer into Asana also.
One thing is missing the deal goes into Asana, but not ALL the information from the deal is transferred into Asana that we need to pass onto others.
When I want to add a deal, I fill in a pipedrive form (I customised to require a lot of information to track) these details aren't transferred into Asana with the automatic Pipedrive and Asana Integration.
We might need Zapier to help with this. Currently the only thing being transferred is
Deal - Title
Deal - Value
Person details
Organization details
Pinned notes

We have followed this site above and it's not transfeering more than what is stated above, we need;
Lease Commencement Date
Lease Expiry
Lead SourceTim Sugar - JLL
Project Number
Known Completion Date
Site Measure SQM:
Cost per SQM
Project Budget
Priority of job (Design Team reference)
Designing Plans
Required Sketch by:
Design Detail elements required
Standard of Fitout
Type of Look & Feel you require
Designer
Project Manager
Delivery Date
These are important to go into Asana to give ALL the relevant information about the deal to the Designers and Estimators.
Apparently it is possible with Zapier, but just can't find a solution to make it work.
