We require this alarm clock build to be modified so the alarm only goes off if there is motion detected in the room.

For example if the alarm is set for 9am, if motion is detected at any time between 9am and 9.20am the alarm will sound,
There should be no function to disable the alarm, or "sleep", the only method of stopping the alarm should be to be out of range of the PIR sensor, if any movement is detected at any point in the 20 mins, the alarm should sound.
We will also require the adition of a battry backup, so the alrm can not be disabled by removimng the powersource
This build already has the Source code written and compnents required, it just needs modifying to suit our needs,
We will require you to Build the alarm clock, out of its components, (we will supply these compnents or provide you with the fund to puchase yourself)
You will need to modify the code so the alarm functions as we have specified.
We will need to verify that you have the alarm clock fully functional and tested as working.
On completion we will ask you to send us the alarm clock, we will cover all postage costs.
We will place all funds in freelancer escrow, funds will only be released at 3 stages, 1 for the components required to make the build, 2 to cover the cost of postage, 3, when we have recieved the working prototype and have tested it to be fuinctioning as required.

i can provide the working circuit. The alram can be built with any buzzer or a loud sound depends upon requirements. The PIR sensor can be obtained from local market. I will prefer to use arduino UNO. rest of the stuff can be manged easily.

This is a very simple project. You can use a (PIR)motion detection sensor to find the motion in the room. You can use a Phone battery to power the device even when the power switch is removed. In this way the entire device will be on even when the power plug is turned off.
For this purpose you need a charger circuit and I can send you the charger circuit along with a PCB design so that you can develop the board.
I have already done this project and I have few questions for you
1) First do you want to send and alert to your phone or system.
2) Are you planing to use Arduino UNO or develop a arduino board of your own???
