Hello. I'm a metalhead applying for this job and it would be my honour to do it for you. The idea is that we work together on this album cover. One approach I would take is to draw it on paper in detail and scan. If that doesn't work for You I could do it in Photoshop as well (should the scan quality turn out bad or if that doesn't sound like a good idea). Throughout the process I would like to cooperate with You and listen to Your comments and wishes. I do have a few ideas, one of which is the river You mentioned and in it (or on its banks) are some kind of cultists drowning their victims (sacrificing them). There could be some kind of an altar in the middle of the river (or something similar). Of course this is just an idea and I am open to any criticism. Thank You for taking the time to read this.
