Being a high-experienced expert in different IT areas I have been engaged for the last 5 years in the deploying of VoIP-telephony and call centre solutions on the base of Asterisk and integrating them into the corporate infrastructure. An integration includes: PBX connection to CRM and other software systems, an implementing of call centre monitoring tools, auto-dialing, billing, Text-To-Speech and Speech-To-Text capabilities, an integration with other communication services (chat, email, fax, sms), etc.
Furthemore I have a strong experience in Cisco routers, switches and security gateways (ASA) configuring. Besides general functionality (routing, NAT, network security services) projects may include configuration of redundant internet connections, VPN connection between branch offices setup and so on.
In addition, I have a great experience in an application monitoring: 6+ years of practice with APM systems (Precise products, etc) and network monitoring systems (OPNET, ManageEngine products). Last time I chiefly use open source monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Nagios) in my projects.
I have extensive Linux knowledge as well as skills in Linux servers maintaining and performance-tuning and a solid understanding of network design, security and IT best practices.
