I have extensive experience preparing drawings for construction of homes. I am a licensed Architect and member of the American Institute of Architects (A.I.A.) I have reviewed your preliminary plans and would be glad to help you get ready for construction. Hopefully you will find my proposal acceptable. I provide the advantage of having extensive experience with projects in the USA. I know the building code requirements and construction materials and techniques. You do not indicate where the project is to be built, but in the the states where I am licensed I will typically engineer the foundation. I will also typically provide floor and roof framing layouts which helps to avoid conflicts and surprises during construction. You mentioned that the walls are to be Concrete. I'm a 6 years experienced architect, I've worked with residential projects as well as commercial and exhibition ones. I have also worked on a pair of long distance projects, the fee includes three revisions with the client via skype, with sketches and plans so I can receive the most accurate feedback of it. I believe that a good design involves aesthetics, functionality, sustainability and doesn't have to be expensive to reach it. I am very creative and pay attention to detail and what must be considered to have a good quality architectural project. A house must be a home for the user and in order to be it has to fulfill the user needs. I would divide the term of 15 days into 3 blocks of 5 days where I present you the first sketches with your ideas taken into account we would have the skype conference and with your feedback I work on the modification of the proposal, within the next two block of 5 days we repeat the process twice and I present you the final project in a booklet.
