The land I need a drawing of is starting at 1 Broadway Island Park NY to the end of 50 Broadway Island Park NY. 1 Broadway has house on it which will be demolished. Show me that you have done this before and you know exactly what I need. Do you know how to study local building codes and zoning to check out set backs etc..?? Can you use google earth to scale a drawing? I need a drawing now and want to do full renderings after for sales purposes.
