I have an existing set of ACAD files for a tenant suite. We are changing the occupancy to a different tenant so I need the ACAD files changed to reflect the new floor plans. I have developed a sketchup file that has all of the dimensions, and I have some hand marked sketches to provide more detail. I need these drawings completed within one day if someone is available. After these drawings are completed, I also have electrical and mechanical drawings I need drafted quickly, in a similar workflow method. I would be happy to work on an hourly basis (Seperate contract) for these electrical and mechanical drawings, with someone who has the capability and availability for quick drafting in the next few days, after I have received the architectural drawings (in CAD and PDF format).
