i would like to hire an architect to translate my plans for a double 40 ft container into architectural plans that can be put forward to a council for approval. the land is flat and i want to lay both container side by side so it will be 12.1 meter long by 4.8 wide. i need plans for foundations and concrete post 800mm above ground. i also need plans for plumbing and electrical. i can send a rough plan of the interior and where i would like the bath,taps, lighting, drainage and plugs via email, any one interested. i am a chef/writer ex builder. give me a plan i can build it but i always failed graphic design. i have the idea but need someone more gifted than me to put it onto paper. hope to hear from you soon
