basic web/database application

Need website database and application code. Basic web store with list of items for sale. We need a static list of items for sale in HTML and a dynamic list with thumbnail images displayed. Customer can click to order using shopping cart. Shopping cart with customer login, payment types: check, money order, bank transfer (no credit cards). Order pending until shop owner confirms order and then system emails customer an invoice. Auction section similar to ebay needed to sell some items from the database. Need to email invoice to winning bidder after daily auction finished with all winning lots for that day. Administration page for each table in the database. Easy web-based data entry of items for sale or editing items. Tables include items for sale, customers, orders, and auctions Need to be able to dump/download database table data to text files readable by excel and save on local disk. Need a search function with results displayed with a thumbnail image, description and option to put into a shopping cart. Be able to search and display matches for any partial search string. Need the code to be able to do self modifications in the future. No fancy graphics, flash, or complicated page layout. Simple fast loading. We will supply all graphics files. Need two languages for each page: english and japanese. We will provide translation and japanese text for webpages and database items. Database schema and samples of wanted webpage layout available. oscommerce based application ok.
