An application for material change of use and development permit has been lodged on a local site. The plans lodged o not meet the performance criteria for a centre or mixed use plan including that the development is too large, fails to appropriately address the street frontage, is dominated by car parking instead of sleeving it in an appropriate manner and requires the removal of a pre-1946 house.
the development is impact assessable and has been notfied to the public.
I am looking for a planner with experience in Brisbane town planning requirements to write a submission for me against the proposed development.
