I need some help with my business. You will be taught to research, analyse, conclusions, and make a recommendations on the feasibility of your business. Your analysis and conclusions will then be communicated via a written feasibility report, and a concise pitch of only 3 minutes comprising fragments of your analysis of your business conducted over the 10 taught weeks of the module, and a recommendation as to its feasibility. Through M059, you will not only gain new approaches to business and communication, but also gain in confidence. In conclusion, this module may be your first step in entrepreneurship, or may simply improve your business education. The principles are directly applicable to 4th term module of M060 business plan Guided by your tutor and lecturer, you will: • Derive the economic drivers of the economy, of an industry, competitive rivals, and of a business all through primary and secondary research, using a range of (new) analytical tools, all with an aim to identifying the gaps and a positioning capable of producing revenues • Derive and apply primary and secondary research, to analytical tools that produce a micro economic understanding of the customer and of the appropriate business structure to support the earlier identified gap. Also itemise the appropriate business model • Produce an appropriate cashflow, and identify the breakeven, the simple payback, and capital requirements of the proposed opportunity • communicate your business via a written feasibility study, and also a pitch Upon completion of the module, you will have demonstrated your potential entrepreneurial abilities.
