Business Development Professionals to work on Commission Basis in Bengaluru

We are a Mumbai Based fast expanding company working in the areas of Behavioural Trainings and Human Resource Consulting . Our presence with more than 10 years in the Indian market and Global tie ups give us an unique product and market positioning.

We are currently looking at Business Development Professionals who would wish to partner with us to market our online and off the shelf proprietary training programs focussed on soft skills .

What are we looking in the Business Development Professional :

• Ability and experience with concept Sales and keen interest to meet and interact with new people

• Self starter with experience in Sales and Marketing preferably from Time share or any service background

• People who have taken sabbaticals due to family commitment and want to restart work with a meaningful purpose.

• Can devote at least 14 to 20 hours in a week for this assignment

• Comfortable with basic MS office and can deliver presentations to CXOs of the organizations.

Mode of Operation :

You will be given a specific geographic area/ city to operate in and will be responsible for the business development for the same.

Escalader will support the BD Professional with comprehensive training and timely updates

The candidate is expected to work on the complete Sales cycle of Data Generation , Suspecting , Prospecting and Closing of Sales . The Delivery of the training and interventions will be completely managed by Escalader Teams
