Watermarking is the art, science and technology of hiding one multimedia data type in another. This is used for ensuring several aspects of security of documents, pictures, audio, etc. This project will involve implementing some published watermarking algorithms. You can start with a tutorial level article on this topic and familiarize yourself with all the different reasons for watermarking and their requirements. Then pick one application- for example fingerprinting, and then implement some published algorithms for image, video, and document watermarking. There is a report that must come with this project. It should include the following information.
1. The background on the problem you are doing and set the stage for
what is to follow.
2. Describe the problem and your method of solution.
3. The final part should contain the summary of your findings.
