Edit two Powershell Scripts

I require two power shell scripts to be built, and tested on Windows 7 and Windows 10 clients.
The two script requirements are as follows:
1. Install Font Script
This script will first check if any of the fonts located in C:\temp folder are already installed and will not try to reinstall fonts that are already installed. The script will then install any fonts (*.tff, *.otf, *.ttc, etc) in the windows folder C:\temp to C:\Windows\Fonts. The fonts must be installed without user prompt etc and be available for all users on the system. The fonts must obviously be available for use in office applications as a result of this script. Example script here: [login to view URL] . Note, in the example it queries PC name, etc. I do not need any of this functionality so this needs to be stripped out and tested.

2. Speed Test Script
This script will run a speed test (.exe available from github [login to view URL]) and will export results to a text file. I already have a script for this that is broken (speedtest fails to connect). This needs to be done silently, and without user knowledge or interaction.
