2 fairly simple tasks in C

Tasks for system programming, to access certain information and display them. This is fairly simple, most of the code is provided, you only have to fill out a couple of functions to make them work, and the format for how to write those functions are included as well. So basically just fill out code to make these two tasks work, shouldn't take more than 30 minutes for someone who is experienced with C. task 1 is pretty self explanatory once you see it, just gets current user information task 2 wants you to implement functions in a simple utmp program Willing to pay like $15 for this, don't bother bidding any higher because I won't pay anymore than that, this should be very simple for anyone who is experienced in C and linux.
