hello friend, i wanna help you ,,, if you want to build linux from scratch, i suggest you build from debootstrap ,,, i've already succeed in building liveCD that only have browser application it's autologin from the very start and open the firefox/chromium only i can work remotely on your server or vbox environment ,,, hope i can help you ,,, thanks
