Multicharts indicator - open to bidding

I am looking for some suggestion with creating an indicator based on correlation of multiple symbols movement during different timeframes. For example if EURUSD and EURAUD moved up .2% and GBPUSD moved down .2% in the last 5 minutes indicator would be triggered

Also would like the option to add other conditions later on

And also the option later to make this execute trades.

Let me know where I should look for help with this

Here are some notes I wrote on this, not sure if on the right track

Inputs: ( in brackets)

IF:

(on/off) This condition, (ticker) moves (+/-)(%) during (#) period

And (on/off) This condition, (ticker) moves (+/-)(%) during (#) period

And (on/off) This condition, (ticker) moves (+/-)(%) during (#) period

And (on/off) This condition, (ticker) moves (+/-)(%)during (#) period

And (on/off) This condition, (ticker) moves (+/-)(%) during (#) period

*In words, I can choose to turn this condition on or off which is a symbol that moves a certain % up or down during a specific time period such as 5 minutes

I would have these sets of conditions for multiple timeframes 2 minute, 5 minute, 10 minute, 15 minutes*

If these conditions are triggered then place small colored triangle on chart corresponding to timeframe

*like blue for 2 minute, green 5 minute, etc*
