Hi I want to develop an environment where vehicles can communicate with each other and road-side units with the help of drones in order to avoid collision and traffic re-routing by sending information in form of voice or video. I just need programming help in MATLAB to get results in terms of DELAY, BIT ERROR RATE, SNR, THROUGHPUT, JITTER etc parameters.
