Video recorder with switchable inputs -- 3

This project is to build a simple Windows video recorder, with two custom features. I don't care what language you use - as long as it works. (Windows 7 and later). It will be easy for someone who knows how to build video softwares. I have been told that gstreamer is a good library for this kind of project. It will take it's input from directshow compliant HD webcams, and record them to the hard drive (WMV and MP4). A progress bar shows the progress of the save process. After saving, it should ask the user if they want to view the video (in the default video player - no need to add one here). The video will be HD, 1080 by 720, 30 frames per second; all standard settings. It will have simple record, pause, stop, and save, and cancel buttons, as well as a button to see the recording in the folder it was saved in, and one to play the video in the default video player. It should display the length of the video as it records, show when it's stopped and when it's paused. All attached and functioning webcams shown in the device manager appear in the GUI, though a limit can be put in place if too many webcams make it crash. It will need two features: Feature 1) An audio source will be chosen for each webcam, and it will have the option to select the defualt sound device for all webcams. Feature 2) (this is the important part) When the user clicks on a webcam icon, the recorder switches to that device - in the same recording. The user does not have to stop the recording to change devices. A very short fade effect would be fine. There are plenty of codes out there for all these functions. It won't be difficult - if you know how to work with video softwares, and you're familiar with the basic codes. It doesn't have to be pretty, but don't make the interface ugly. The text must fit the buttons, for example. The features must have labels - of course. A mock-up of the GUI is attached to this project. It shows four webcams, but there is no need to limit it to that. A fifth webcam,that didn't appear, might be the one the user wants to use. A final requirement: No crashes, and no blue screens. I have posted projects in the past that got bids in the thousands but were completed for just a few bucks. Please be competitive in your bidding.
